STEP 1 - DEFINE
We take the time to listen to you. We meet with you, face-to-face, one-on-one. We discuss the litigation and we define the problem, identifying and naming any anticipatory road blocks we may encounter along the way.
STEP 2 - EVALUATE
At this stage, we evaluate the size and scope of the project, identifying your needs within the context of your overall budget.
STEP 3 - PLAN
After careful consideration and review of your specific litigation and your unique needs, we counsel you with regard to selecting an e-service provider or any other vendors whose services are indicated.
We map out production deadlines, design online and hard-copy review processes, standardize review process across multiple litigations, identify process improvements, troubleshoot, and address labor issues.
As highly trained consultants with years of experience in this field, we develop and produce a customized manual prepared in conjunction with your input and approval, designed to implement multiple levels of quality control over all coding done by the review attorney.
We also help you develop a standardized review process that can be used across multiple litigations in the future, thereby reducing your legal costs in the years ahead.
STEP 4 - IMPLEMENTATION
We go to work with the law firm, implementing the document review plan to which you’ve approved and agreed.
We never interfere with your law firm’s trying of the case, but rather we monitor processes and production from start to finish in order to provide you with feedback, cost reduction strategies and opportunities for greater efficiency.
STEP 5 - MONITOR
We work with your law firm and serve as your liaison by continuously monitoring your project through to its successful completion.
At this stage, we provide you with constant feedback regarding the timeliness, efficiency, document counts, and quality of attorneys. We also identify process improvements and may call your attention to cost reduction opportunities, while we work with your law firm to evaluate work performance of individual attorneys, paralegals and other vendors from the time of set up through the production of the last document.
